However, learners who register for a training course occasionally change their mind for one reason or another. <li>Coinifide courses are self-paced learning solutions combined with course material that allow customers a greater level of flexibility based on their schedules. Customers must prepay for On-Demand Courses prior to access being granted by access. As such, there will be no refunds for any online courses (or curricula) once a course has been accessed in any manner.</li>
<li>Coinifide official exam study guides download instantly and access to a download is provided via email. Any purchased official exam study guide is not eligible for a refund.</li>
<li>If a request is submitted within the allowed three (3) day grace period, a full refund will be issued less an administrative fee of $25.</li>

Please understand that with the enrollment and accessing of your online course, you have read and agree to the aforementioned refund policy. There are no extensions granted for your course. If you do not complete your course by the end-date on your welcome letter, typically within 90 days of purchase, there will be additional fees for extended access. In a situation where a learner wishes to cancel or change their enrolment, and as a measure of goodwill, Coinifide will allow the following options. A learner may only choose one of these options. 
<h4> Within 3 days:</h4>
 The onus is on the learner to ensure and confirm that written notification of withdrawal is received by Coinifide. Coinifide shall not be held liable or in any way responsible for requests that are properly addressed, incorrectly submitted or delayed for any reason.
<h4> Within 14 days:</h4>
 For a period of 14 days following access to the course; a learner may apply for special consideration; to swap their course for another course.

<li>The application for special consideration must be made in writing and be accompanied by a letter explaining why the learner wants to change their enrollment.</li>
<li>These options only apply if the learner has not yet submitted any assignments or taken any of the course assessments.</li>
<li>An administration fee of $25 will apply in these circumstances.</li>
<li>Coinifide will provide credit for monies paid for the original enrollment, against the new enrollment (i.e., new course), but will not offer any monetary refund or credit against other purchases.</li>

 At any time during enrollment the learner may apply to defer their studies for a 3-month period. Such an application must be supported in writing by documentation that explains why they cannot continue their studies for a period of time (e.g., a letter of explanation). The submitted letter of explanation will be reviewed by Coinifide and a decision will be emailed to the learner, based on the email address provided or on file during the registration process.
